Shipping Info

At the moment, we only ship our products in Canada and to the USA.

Shipping Fees in Canada: 

  1. Up to 20 sample bags: $2. Shipped via Canada Post in a bubble envelope, as Lettermail.
  2. FREE shipping on orders over $75 before tax. Shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
  3. For orders under $75 before tax, shipping cost is $6.99 in Ontario and $9.99 to all other Canadian provinces.
  4. If you live in the Newmarket, Ontario area, you are welcome to pick-up your order and save the shipping fees. Select "Local Pick-up - Newmarket, Ontario" shipping option at checkout and once your order is ready, an email will be sent to you with details regarding the location and time of the pick-up.
Note: Shipping speed is estimated at 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.


Shipping Fees to the USA: 

  1. Up to 20 sample bags: $3.50 CAD. Shipped via Canada Post in a bubble envelope, as Letter-post USA.
  2. FREE shipping on orders over $150 CAD before tax. Shipped via Tracked Packet - USA or Expedited Parcel – USA, depending on order weight and size.
  3. For orders under $150 CAD before tax, shipping cost is $15.99 CAD. Shipped via Tracked Packet - USA or Expedited Parcel – USA, depending on order weight and size.

Important note to US customers:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making the purchase. Shipping speed is estimated at 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. However, please be aware that international packages may experience delays due to custom clearance. 

Order Processing & Shipping Guidelines:

Orders take approximately 2 - 3 business days to process. Please add this to the estimated shipping times. We promise to do everything possible to get your order shipped as soon as possible. If due to high volume, we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order, we'll let you know ASAP. 

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the product you have selected is currently out of stock, or if we need any additional verification.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order once it is shipped (tracking number is available for parcels only).

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any statutory holidays.

Clients are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the parcel reshipment due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
